I use two paid AI tools daily and it is changing how I work. I'll confess to spending several days panicking about how I won't have a job in 3 years, but I'm trying to be optimistic and reframe that I'll instead be working smarter.
Hey! I was looking for an unconventional way to reach out and found this neat comment button. First of all, thank you for your newsletter - it’s a breath of fresh air in a sea of buzzwords :)
I have a question regarding AI. I’ve noticed my work intensity increasing as AI speeds up many tasks (I’m a PM in IT/Automation). It’s been awesome so far - more output and more meaningful work. But I expect this acceleration to continue, and I can already feel the cognitive load creeping up - which isn’t quite as awesome :D
Have you adjusted how you structure your work or implemented any other changes to protect your mental bandwidth?
Hey Danylo, good to hear from you. I know what you are talking about. With the endless possibilities of building something, you really have to draw the boundaries yourself. Not something I am good at... If anything, I am with you.
Agree 100%! Almost everyone (me included) is experimenting too little. Thanks for taking the time to share!
Thanks Bart!
